Frequently Asked Questions

(Click on the question for an answer.)

What are your hours?

We are open from 9 am to 6pm Monday through Friday and Saturdays 9 am to 3 pm. Reservations should be made in advance, but call us to see if there are any last minute cancellations or openings.

What are your fees?

A one hour massage is $55 and a half hour is $35. Deep tissue, sports and lymphatic drainage massage are $60 for an hour.

Does insurance pay for massage?

In many cases, insurance companies do pay for massage with a prescription from your doctor. Contact our insurance/billing department at (850) 386-8282 or by email to see if you could be covered.

What is your cancellation policy?

We appreciate a 24 hour cancellation notice.

What should I tell my therapist?

Be sure to talk to your therapist. Tell him/her about areas of your body that are injured, sore or tense. Mention any medical conditions such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, heart problems, headaches, varicose veins or recent surgery. Also, if you have any type of infectious disease such as a cold, the flu, or a skin rash, it is important that you tell us before all services, as it may increase the health risk or discomfort you may experience.

What should I wear for my massage?

For massage or herbal body wraps you will need no clothing; however, you may, if you choose, wear undergarments. If you wear undergarments for services, you may wish to bring an extra set to change into following your session. The staff is trained to drape sheets discreetly over any areas not involved in a treatment and to protect your privacy at all times.

What should I do during my massage?

During your session, close your eyes and allow yourself to relax as completely as possible. Focus your attention on breathing slowly and deeply. Allow the therapist to move your limbs into position. Be limp like a rag doll and do not try to help move your arms, legs or head unless the therapist requests your assistance.

Do therapists take gratuities?

It is at your discretion but it is customary to tip a therapist from 10% - 20%.
